Father God, our Lord and King, Holy is Your name. Please help us to rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, and be constant in prayer. We wish to walk in a manner fully pleasing to You, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in knowledge of You. Please help us not to grow weary in performing those good works, for if we do not give up there will be a bountiful harvest. We pray we will be strengthened with Your power, according to Your glorious might, so we may be joyful in our patience and endurance. We give thanks to You Father, who qualified us to share in the inheritance of Your glory. You promise that if we remain perseverant under trial, and stand the test, we will receive the crown of life which You have promised to those who love You. Therefore, we trust in You with all of our heart, and do not lean on our own understanding. We acknowledge You in all of our ways, and trust You to make our paths straight. In the glorious name of the One Who Gives Hope, Jesus our Savior, amen.
